The following are the ways:

  • Find our products in our website and connect with us by leaving your phone number and mail ID with product details under “Contact us”. Our team will contact you and help with your purchase.
  • Take a screenshot of the product from our website and WhatsApp on +91 8001824429 and our team will contact you to help you with the purchase.
  • Connect with us in our social media pages with a screenshot of the product in our DMs and we will help you with your purchase.
  • Contact +91 8001824429 to book a personalized video call to check our in-store collections and purchase your favorite pick.

Please note that we dispatch product only after completion of the payment.

We offer Net Banking and UPI payment. If you are shopping in our physical store, we accept debit and credit cards.

If you wish to book a product online and wish to pay using credit card, please let us know in advance while booking.

Yes, currently we have a Facebook page, an Instagram Page and a YouTube channel. Links to which are shared in this website. If you like products from our social media pages, you can connect with us directly from that platform, with the link/screenshot of the product.

 

  1. Do you take orders over phone?

Yes, we take order over phone. Numbers are mentioned under “Contact Us” section. You can WhatsApp the link/screenshot of our product in mentioned numbers and we will assist you with your order. You can also connect at +91 8001824429 to book a video call to check out our in-store collections.

 

  1. I can not visit your physical store and I want understanding of the product before I purchase, what do I do?

If you wish to have detailed description of the products/ personalized shopping experience/ understanding of material/ have other product related queries which need our personal attention, you can book a video call with our store.   1. Can I cancel/modify my order after placing it?

You can cancel/modify orders within 1-2 hours of placing the order/ making the payment by calling us in the number provided. Once parcel is dispatched from our end, we won’t be able to help you.

  1. I wish to gift your product to someone, can you gift wrap it?

Yes, we can gift wrap your product. Also, we can do a direct delivery to the person you would like to gift it to. Please let us know in advance for such a delivery with necessary information.

Yes, we have fall & picot service. If you wish to add fall & picot, please let us know if advance.

 

  1. Can you make me a customized blouse?

If you are purchasing a saree from us which comes with a blouse piece, we can custom make the blouse for you. Call/WhatsApp +91 7872552979/ 9232379988 for assistance.

We will share our blouse catalogue with measurement sheet to you and get all necessary details. We ship the saree and blouse together and we take 7 days to 14 days for making the blouse.

  1. Do You have international shipping facility?

Yes, we ship internationally. The cost of shipping has to be borne by the customer.

 

  1. What are your shipping charges?

For domestic shipping, we charge :

  • 100/kg INR for inside West Bengal
  • 150/kg INR for outside of West Bengal.

Domestic shipping is free if the billing amount is INR 5000 or more.

For International shipping, we ask your address and check with our delivery partner and then charge you the same.

 

  1. How much time it takes to receive your delivery?

Typically, within India, it takes 3 to 5 business days for our delivery to reach you. Special delivery within 48 hours can be arranged with extra charges (will depend on the delivery location). Please connect +91 78725 52979/92323 79988 for such assistance. Internationally, it will take anything between 10 days - 30 days depending upon the place of delivery.

In case the package has not been delivered within 10 days of booking please connect with us in the number provided and we will help you out for domestic shipping. International shipping might take longer.

 

  1. Do you have cash on delivery facility?

No, we do not have COD option. We accept online payment, offline payment and bank transfer.

 

  1. How can I track my order?

After dispatching the product, you will receive the tracking details from our side in your provided WhatsApp number.

 

 

  • Return/ Exchange Related Questions:

 

  1. What is you Return and Exchange policy?

If you wish to return our product kindly raise the request within 48 hours of receiving the product by calling us at +91 7872552979/ 8001824429. Once we confirm the return, please dispatch the product from your end so that we receive it within 7 days from the confirmation of return. Once we receive the product and do quality check it will be eligible for exchange.

If the return is due to any fault on our side, we will bear with the reverse shipping charge up to INR 150 upon sharing the shipping receipt. You will be eligible for an exchange once we receive the product and do a checking.

Please note that exchange is not possible if:

  • The return is not initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery
  • Items of the order is used or damaged.
  • Tags of the items is not intact and removed.
  • If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging.
  • If the product is customised on your request.
  • In case of international shipping

  1. If there is a defect in the product, what do I do?

We take utmost care of our products and do a thorough quality check of all our products before they are dispatched. Minor irregularities are not considered defect in handloom. However, in case you receive a product with defect please contact us at +91 7872552979. And we will take it from there.

 

  1. What if my package arrived damaged?

On arrival of your order, if you find the package to be tampered with, please click a picture to share with us and do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person and call us at +91 7872552979 immediately.

  1. Do all sarees come with blouse piece?

Almost all sarees come with blouse piece. In case some collections do not, then it will be mentioned under ‘Product Description’

 

  1. What are the dimensions of your product?

All dimensions are mentioned under ‘Product Description’

 

  1. Do You take bulk order or do wholesale?

Yes, we take bulk order and do wholesale. Please find our contact details under “Contact Us” and connect with us if you wish to purchase in bulk or want us to manufacture for you. We take customized orders in quantities.

 

  1. Do you take single piece order or can you customize the design and colour combination?

We take customized orders in single piece if it is a Kantha/ Hand painted saree in Mulberry silk/ Tussar Silk. We request you to pay half the amount in advance for customized orders. Also please understand since the entire production process is handmade, the production process takes considerable time.

For handwoven sarees we can’t take customized order for single piece and there is a minimum order quantity.

 

  1. Can I resell your product?

We do not have a reselling program. If you wish to purchase for your brand/ manufacture for your brand, please find our contact details under “Contact Us” and connect with us.

 

  1. Can I pre order a saree which is out of stock?

If you like a saree and it is out of stock, please connect with us and we will be able to tell you if we are taking pre-order for that particular saree. You can find our contact details under “Contact Us”.

 

  1. Are the products shown in website accurate?

We make our sarees with a lot of love and care. The entire production process is by hand and we try to be utmost precise. However, there might be slight variations in colour because of photography due to screen resolution. Also, for Kantha work/ hand painted sarees, no two pieces are exactly same. For something handmade the beauty lies in its slightest imperfection.

 

  1. What is the wash care for your products?

The wash and care in attached with every product under “Product Description”.

We recommend dry cleaning for products with Kantha work/ sequins work/ hand painting/ jamdani weaving/ zari work. We also recommend dry cleaning for all our Silk products.

For Cotton and Linen products you can wash at home with mild detergent. We do not recommend a machine wash and please do not rinse or twist harshly and always dry under the shade for keeping the colours as new as possible.

 

  1. Can I return/ exchange saree after cutting the blouse piece/ with fall and picot?

Sorry, we do not accept return/exchange if your have already cut the blouse piece or attached the fall.
